According to one of the most important rules, European Center for Youth Initiatives is thinking globally and acting locally. Being aware of the importance of local communities development activities are focused on building capacity between sectors, connecting public bodies, NGOs and private entities, giving especially to young people, possibilities to gain or improve skills, broaden horizons, think more widely with open perspectives on different matters.
While cooperating with secondary schools, highschools, universities as well as other NGOs and companies, people involved in ECIM’s activities making huge effort are contributing to the future of our society, giving what they have the best from themselves to offer to kids, youngsters and adults.
Right now organisation is working on the project ‘Entrepreneurship – the Way You Are!’, developed and implemented in local communities in cooperation with partners from Croatia and Italy, sharing ideas, exchanging good practices as well as comparing process and its results for different societies. During this project 3 NGOs working in Warsaw, Padua and Zagreb in cooperation with secondary schools and highschools are promoting and developing entrepreneurials skills and attitudes among young people, providing workshops, discussions and meetings with experts.
