I enjoyed every moment of the project, we had interesting and creative tasks and I’ve learnt a lot. The environment and the people were fantastic, the coordinators took care of every little detail. They were so helpful and positive, so thanks a lot, I’m really grateful.

The project had a holistic approach – head, heart, hand which made me properly understand the complex realities of certain topics, and the steps to be made in order to reach a goal. I’ve acquired certain transferable skills, and more knowledge that I thought it would be possible to get in 9 days. It was a beautiful, enriching, inspiring experience, and the coordinators were amazing!

Those where great 9 days full with workshops, energizers, team work and other things. Coordinators were great, because they payed attention to every smallest thing. And off course the possibility to communicate and make friends with people from other countries was great too.

The project was a perfect combination between new useful information and fun, thing that made out of it a nice experience for me. All activities made me be more creative, communicative, open minded and most important, made me work in team and in this way understand that all the ideas put together can lead to a great result. I can honestly say that it was a great opportunity to develop myself both personally and professionally by learning new entrepreneurship strategies, interact with people of different nationalities and find out more about different lifestyles and cultures. Warsaw is a city with an impressive history and it was amazing to explore it for 10 days (all the museums, nature, legends). After this project I can say that I feel more knowledgeable and confident. Congratulations to everyone who was involved in the organization of this awesome project!

Anybody who wants to know how does a perfect Erasmus+ project look like, should apply for a project organized by ECIM. The project was fully packed and organized with the most dilligent and friendly supervision. Honestly, looking forward to participating also in the further ECIM projects.

It was a delightful experience and I am grateful to the organisers for making it this way. I am glad I had the chance to develop my creativity and, also, my ability to work under pressure. I feel much more driven to be my own boss and create a start-up of mine after taking part in this project, so I think OMACH reached its target in my case. I have met new and interesting people and I like to think I’ve made a few good friends, which makes me appreciate this experience even more. Last, but least, I congratulate the organisers for having the great idea of making this project in Warsaw. I know it wasn’t easy for them, but I think their work was rewarded, as we enjoyed Warsaw in all its splendor throughout our ten days.

The OMACH project was very good organised and implemented. I really like the idea behind the project and I think I spent 9 very useful days in Warsaw. The project sessions were very good: I especially liked innovative and fun energizers, shooting LipDub, visit to Campus Warsaw and developing Erasmus+ project ideas. The parts I do not fancy very much is meeting with young entrepreneur (personally I did not gain any new knowledges from the meeting) and maybe the fact that all the food was very spicy. Overall, I really enjoyed it. And the Warsaw is really nice 🙂 I gained some life-time experiences that I will never forget and new friendships. Thank you <3

The project was one of my best experiences, I returned home with new knowledge and friendships. Everything was perfectly organized from the first to the last day with numerous activities and cultural evenings are just complement it. Good job ECIM, hope to see you on a new project. Miss you guys, Warsaw also!!

The project was an unforgettable time, spend in truly inspiring environment with many amazing and creative people! I have gained new knowledge and became more open toward other cultures. It also helped me to step outside my comfort zone. And I really had a lot of fun. The ECIM team made a great work – every detail of the project was perfectly organized. I am really glad I was able to be a part of this experience. I would recommend joining project like this to everybody!

The 10 days I spent in Warsaw have been truly unforgettable and have now become one of my dearest memories! I believe the organizers managed to find the perfect balance between workshops and relaxing, yet challenging activities, which made it impossible for the participants to get bored. The project exceeded my expectations and proved to be an inspiring, enriching and empowering experience, on both a personal and a professional level. Lesson to remember: act now, not later and pursue your dreams. Sending you all my gratitude and looking forward to the following project!

I think taking part in this project was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. First of all, Marcin, our trainer, really made me understand that, by being more creative, one can transform any activity, be it fun or challenging, into a wonderful experience. Furthermore, I think that by varying the scenarios in which we as project participants took part, Marcin helped us gain a deeper understanding of the mindset and knowledge that every individual should have when deciding to set up their own business. Not everything was about workshops, of course, and the cultural evenings and city tour added value to this already exciting project. Socialising, getting to know other cultures, speaking with foreigners about their customs and traditions made me feel that this projects represented a tiny melting pot of European cultures. All in all, I would wholeheartedly recommend taking part in this project to anyone !

It was my first project. Was really happy to be chosen. I met new people from different countries, learnt more about their culture. Moreover, this project had a gereat value for developing my personality. Using non-formal education I improved my interpersonal skills, tried to think critical and find unusual solutions for the tasks. I learnt about social enterpreneurship, how to make your own startup and earn money being undergraduated! It gave me great inspiration! Thank you!!!

It wasn’t my first project, but I think it was the best one despite the fact in took place in Warsaw, so in city I live. It made mi less interested in it, but it seemed to be fantastic adventure. I spent some great time with people from different countries with unique culture and habits. It is something great that we learn about each other in the way of non-formal education. After this project, I became big fan of european projects, and for sure I will participate with another. Especialy, when it will be organized by ECIM, which makes great job.

Thank you everyone for this amazing experience! Marcin & Ola, I felt like you were our parents for 9 days, you made everything so well-planned, exciting and safe, it was so great. Everyone was so friendly and open-minded, it was really such a pleasure meeting you all. I’m gonna miss this special environment, the tasks and challanges. We learned so much about our nations, cultures, ourselves, and of course, about entrepreneurship! Warsaw and Poland is so awesome, I definitely have to return, and of course to visit the other participating countries! 😉

I learned new things about other cultures. The main gain was that i have opportunity to speak English. This project really inspired me to be more creative, active and open mained. Thank you all.

Even though ECIM is still young, the fact that the people who create it are open minded and proactive set the bar high for them! OM+A+C=H was the best project I have participated in so far. Now I am just awaiting for more of these youth exchanges or other projects to see what else are they capable of.

I got a chance to join and participate for a second time through Erasmus+ and personally, the OMACH project was brilliant. Active, 9 learning days in this project and moreover in Warsaw, Poland I could describe as interesting, creative, informative, dynamic, diverse. Absolutely well organized and managed from the beginning till the end. Thank you – ECIM! To me it just works: inimitable practice, the way of interaction, unique evolving process and expanded opportunities to continue.

But all of that wouldn’t be so amazing without awesome participants – thanks to all of you 🙂
Lip Dub and all intercultural nights – my favorites.

We are really glad that we could work with this project and great people, who gave us a lot of energy and ideas during the whole implementation of this initiative. Without all 5 teams, contribution of 5 partner organisation and huge involvement of participants, we won’t be able to achieve this great success! It was all our common work, starting with common rules, through teambuilding, facing challenges during next tasks, reaching our goals, fulfilling expectations. It was great time, spent with great people in effective way, without even one wasted minute! Thank you for everything!
