MaLaYo was the first project I participated and it was an amazing experience. I have met amazing people and learned about their cultures and languages. Organization was perfect, the workshops were fun and very useful and everything was so amazing. Thank you Marcin and Ola for everything you did for us! 🙂

We had great group that evolved into real team. Team which built this project step by step. Youth Exchange had a lot of footprints given by each of members individually as well as colectively cooperating during different activities that lead us to great results. First of all we have built the team of great, involved people from all over the Europe, we also learned a lot from each other, but other results such as articles, columns, reportages, movies, and many more are brilliant and hopefully will help all of us in promoting the idea of non-formal education and Erasmus+ Programme! Thanks one more time to everyone who was involved in this project and I am more than sure that we will hear about each other many times, while expressing our thoughts and feelings in private and professional life 🙂

This was hands on the best project (not just Erasmus+) I have ever been involved in. I have met amazing people with whom I hope I will stay in touch, I learnt many things about our interconnected languages, I had a great time and I appreciated a lot that everything we had done was through non-formal education. This project will be very hard to beat as quality, diversity, complexity, knowledge and memories! Kudos for the exceptional organization!

MaLaJo was an amazing experience. The dedication of the organizers, the diversity of activities as well as the motivation of the participants were the ingredients that made it a great project. I am really happy I took part in it because I learned many new things in an interactive way, I had the opportunity to discover new cultures and I made new friends whom I hope I will see again soon.

MaLaJo was my first Eramus+ project and it will surely stay in the top for a long while. Before MaLaJo my English was terrible, I didn’t know anything about what happens in these kinds of projects, didn’t know a word about non-formal education and didn’t even know so many about journalism, although I practice it for a while. I have to say that I have clarified all of these through MaLaJo, but I also had the experience of my life, learning with games and team work and cooperation. I met some people that will stay in my heart forever and I have broke a lot of barriers, between me and others, but also inside myself.
I highly recommend this experience and if there’s a second edition, I wouldn’t have a doubt in applying.

MaLaJo was the first Erasmus project I participated in and I really enjoyed every moment. The organization was amazing, we got to learn and experience many new things and meet some amazing people. I sure hope Ola and Marcin continue doing similar projects in the future because they did a great job with this one 🙂

My expectations were very high when I applied for this project. However, MaLaJo exceeded them all. Since the very first moment the organizers let us know that we all were going to build this project together with our involvement and now we can definitely say we have created something great. Thanks to that we have learned very important values such as cooperation in a team, and discovered our hidden skills while having fun. I knew very little about non-formal education and now I realise how important and rewarding it is. I will always be grateful to you, Marcin and Ola, for this great experience. Besides, I have met amazing people and their cultures and I am looking forward to meeting them again some day.

The project MaLaJo was my first Erasmus project, Despite my doubts before the project it was the best experience of this summer and one of the best moments in my life, I have never thought that education can be such fun, Our group became a great team within few days, Organisators were just amazing and did a great job. You could have asked about anything and they were so willing to help. Even though I have never been particularly interested in journalism and this project was about journalism as well as about languages, I found all activities very interesting and I enjoyed them so much, To sum it all up I think this project was an amazing experience which gave me a lot of memories and new friends I will never forget.

MaLaJo gave me a lot of new competences. The most important thing which I learned on this Erasmus+ project is that everything is possible when people want to cooperate with each other. I am so thankful that I was the part of the such amazing team. 🙂

This was my first Erasmus + experience and I really enjoyed it. I learnt a lot, and not only how to write reportages, articles or columns, but also how to collaborate with people who have a diverse way of thinking and that are completely different from me. Through this experience I broke a lot of my barriers, I changed in a positive way and I grew up. Everyday we did something great, and even if something appeared impossibile, through our determination we never gave up and we did it, so we faced every challenge with a smile. I understood that I can do something I never thought before, I fought against my shyness and I worked on something that can be useful for my studies. It’s been the most beautiful and constructive experience of my life, so I would like to thank Marcin and Ola and also the others: we were an amazing team! 🙂

It was wonderful adventure that gave me a lot, even more than I was expecting. As a group leader I am really satisfied with the level of the project and the way they it let to participate to everyone, be involved, be active, share ideas – there was enough space for everyone! I would compare all of future initiatives to this one, because the level bar went so high! Thanks for everything 🙂

For me, this project contributed to the acquisition of knowledge and experience on the topic of the project. It was amazing the construction of an open, active and creative group of young people. All the activities of the project increased my awareness of the existing possibilities and opportunities, as well as my potential (self-esteem, self-confidence, etc.). It was interesting for me the way of promotion of language learning, non-formal education and Erasmus+.

They say third time is the charm, and they sure know what they’re talking about! My third project, and I still can’t get over the fact that it’s over. The group was amazing and created a very friendly and warm atmosphere, but I do believe – no matter how fantastic the group was – that we wouldn’t bond that much if it weren’t for the energizers and team building activities prepared by Ola and Marcin. They let us know each other and ourselves! on a whole new level. Yes, some activities were personal, but it made us care more for the outcome. I would like to thank the whole group for making this project the way it was – it’s weird to talk about it in the past. As Ola said, we created the project through our involvement, we build it on solid foundations provided by Ola and Marcin. And of course many thanks go to Ola and Marcin for your patience, involvement and creativity, and remember that somebody will always be late! It was MaLaJo and I’m still in love!

It was amazing experience for me! But as I can see not only for me, because still I can see a lot of people so happy with taking part in our activities and following our ideas, or sometimes develop them that much that I couldn’t even expect! And I’m so glad about that! MaLaJo team was the most integrated team I have ever seen. And it was my pleasure to be the part of this amazing team, to meet so many unforgettable, involved, creative and lovely people. You made me more developed, You showed me that people’s ideas are endless and everyone can do everything he or she wants – it’s just enough to try 🙂 And You have tried as much as You could and results are amazing! But besides of everything, we became friends, one big MaLaJo family and I miss You so much! I’m still so proud of everyone and each of You! Hope to hear from You about Your new experiences, activities and – really – I believe that one day we will meet again! 🙂
The biggest THANK YOU is going to our fantastic participants!
    From MaLaJo’s Ola, with love!

For me it was an amazing experience, it got me the chance to improve my foreign languages, to fall in love again with the journalism, to learn more about other cultures and to learn about the way of words in different languages. I am sorry that we only had 10 days together! I call all of the people I met during this project my family. Thank you Ola and Marcin, and the entire Polish team for an amazing facilitation, guest skills and training opportunities – you, guys rock! Hope that we will meet again!

It was my fourth project, so I can say that I am experienced in non-formal education. However, with each another project I can see how Marcin is developing himself and activities which he prepares are getting more and more interesting. Organizers care about participants who are not left without help and support in every situation and need. MaLaJo was prepared on really high level isn’t something new when it comes to ECIM’s projects. I hope that I will be able to participate in next projects as I find it very good for me and my personal development.

What to say? One word: special. Although this was my fourth Youth Exchange, everything was special for me. Old but still so new. One could think that it gets boring to participate for so many times. But it was not at all. I met amazing people and together we made cooperating team. Not even the team. We were family. We changed during few days from completely strangers to one big family. Each of us as a member gave to it something from his/her personality, from his/her point of view which made the project so unique. We were speaking in foreign languages, teaching others our mother language, dancing, singing and ,of course, writing a lot of articles, columns and making interviews. These activities showed me that I need not be a journalist to write quite a good article. I have also learnt a lot about other cultures and realized that speaking only two languages is not enough for me. Now I am full of positive energy and enthusiasm to do big things and maybe continue with journalism in the future. So at the end I would like to use the word from the beginning again. Special. This project made me feel special, gave me special memories and changed my thinking in a special way. Thank you!

I experienced many projects of this kind, but I rate this as the best one since I learned a lot and met many open people. My best praise goes to Ola and Marcin: I never met two so enthusiastic, precise and friendly coordinators . They made us to appreciate, since the very beginning, that the project outcome would be the result of our own initiative and effort. They encouraged us without imposing any rules. We chose the rules ourselves and followed them voluntarily. It would be great if all teachers were like them!

This was my first project and I am really suprised how well organized it was. People were amazing – friendly and open. Ola i Marcin, thank you for everything! The workshops were very interesting and showed our creativity. Cultural evenings were the best part and I couldn’t wait them. I realised that despite having different points of view, we can, for instance, write an article together. Journalism is close to my heart, so nothing better could I do this summer!

I am very glad with the results of the project. I took part in it as President of the partner organization from Italy, Futuro e Progresso. The collaboration was very smooth and trustful among participants. The tasks were very stimulating and gave me a broader knowlegde of non formal education. The activities planned by the hosting organization ECIM were always on time and on schedule. Overall, I can say that this project has been a great success and an experience which I will keep with me for a long time.

Thank the coordinators of this project that really have worked in and have been friendly and open with us, they have been part of the group.
I’m sure this experience will affect in a positive way in my personal and professional development.

Having the possibility to spend days in an intercultural environment, learning from each others’ culture and getting from time to time outside the comfort zone is really something we should appreciate more!
I found the project to be of really help in order to better understand media and what’s behind journalism and it will most certainly help me in the future.
Moreover, I know I have some places to sleep if I want to explore Europe further. 🙂
