Final Evaluation Narrative Report – Youth Exchange ‘Employment4You(th)’, Zakopane, Poland, August 19-28, 2017
4th publication, fully prepared by European Center for Youth Initiatives, based on the implementation process of ‘Employment4You(th)’ project in cooperation with partners from Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Romania, Slovak Republic and Spain under Erasmus+ Youth Programme. Report showing the whole process, tasks within activities, their aims, is using data collected during Youth Exchange implementation, daily evaluations made by participants, online questionnaires results as well as photos and graphics showing character and category of each activity. Publication is one of the key elements of complex project evaluation.
I would recommend every young person to join this organization,to be part of many project organized by ecim,to develop themselves ,because now,after finishing my first project,employment 4you(th), I feel like a totaly different person.
Experience full of fun, knowledge, new friendships and developed skills.
It was a very harmonic and beautiful exchange. The Location, all the facilities and the food were great. The selection of participants was very well done: Eventhough we were 40 and very very different, we still managed to complement each other well and have a postive influence in total. The Activities were very cool and I very apreciate that we took time to reflect on most of activities and that it was okay to change or repeat things. You were not afraid of letting an activity fail or letting it go in an unexpected direction: Therefor we had a great learning outcome and you were not “imposing the correct answer” on us, like teachers or other trainers sometimes do. In general the balance of the program was good!
For me this project was a great possiblity to know more about labor market, how to write the best CV, to practice all languages who know. I met a awesome people. I would like to say big ”THANK YOU” to Polish organisation, to professional headhunter, all people who make this journey so amazing.
I improved my English because my level isn’t so good, but it’s fruitful.
Big smile
was one of the nicest exchange for me. The organizers are friendly and amazing people! They always bring smile on their face, always ready to help, always polite, positive and funny! Always ready to explain again and again! The activities were planed very well! We had time to work, to learn, to have fun, to walk around. The all participants are amazing people, I have made a lot of friends! During the exchange we had opportunity to enjoy the traditional polish foods everyday and also to learn more about their customs! I’m so happy that I was part of this amazing exchange and also I am sad because I will miss these people so much!
I put positive feedback about this youth exchange, I hope the bulgarian organisations will continue cooperating with ECIM.
It is so much more than expected. I knew the plan, the objectives and so on so I prepared for it as good as I could. But the moat important thing were the people. It is imposible to tell how much they showed my, how I developed as a human being on this project.
Not to mantion how awesome the project was organised. From the travel organising through the acomodation to the plan of the project. I can’t find anything to complain about.
Guys. You are the most awesome evere. Hope to see you again.
The way that ECIM organize their project should be given as an example. Beginning with the great idea, schedule and activities. Through caring about participants and respond for their needs immediately. To finish with creating warm and creative atmosphere, where the most amazing ideas can grow easily. I would love to participate in their projects again and I truly recommend it to anyone who still hesitate if is that worthy.
Project turned into the great event thanks to participants who took part in it! They are all great, creative, open people, able to learn really quickly and in meantime have a lot of fun! It was a pleasure for me to meet You and host You in Poland and feel always free to ask stay in touch with us 🙂

This is not the first time I have participated in the project created by ECIM and their partners. What can I say – it is another time I am not disappointed. I spent fantastic time, as a part of this great and inspiring event, which gave me a lot. I developed my skills, gained useful experience and made a new friends. After this project I am definitely more self-confident and I can easier work in international environment. Even if I would like to criticize something, it would be hard to find thing for it. Another great project, with big effort of coordinators. Good luck in the future!!!!!
Great experience, great organization, great people! It was a pleasure for me to be part of this project and to be able to learn and have fun at the same time. As this was my first project I did not know what to wait for but still the time there surpassed even my biggest expectations.
Recommend it to every person who is having second thought – it is worth it and you won’t regret it.

I loved every part of this project. I learned new things , i met new people and i had fun. It was my first Erasmus + and I was a little skeptical at first, but with every activity I was getting more and more enthusiastic and happy because i was part of this awesome project. I very much enjoyed being part of this project. The general organisation was great, from hostel, food, timetables to msterials and workshops. We had a great group of participants – I learned a lot about different cultures and their situation on the labout market. The workshops and presentations helped me to place myself better in my working environment an gave me a good understanding of various approaches and opportunities. ECIM did perfect at organising this and I would definetly do this again and recommend my friends to takke part in similar projects! Thank you!

It was really the best project ever. Motivated, interested, inspirated with a lot of activities prepared for us. This project was professionally organized everyday. Really amazing project! When I signed up, I had no idea that I would learn so many things and meet so many people for so little time! And yet, these 10 days seemed to be unravel at a different speed and I remember every single moment! I am so happy to have met these fantastic organizators and to have participated in this team. Thank you, everybody, for an unforgettable experience and unexplainable motivation!
It was my first project of this kind and I had no idea what to expect, but to my surprise it turned out to be one of the most fulfilling and enriching experiences of my life. I had the chance to socially and emotionally develop, to learn new things about me and other 8 cultures, to expand my knowledge in a non-formal way, to meet unique people and last but not least to see and taste the purity and beauty of Poland. I wholeheartedly recommend this project to everyone, being sure that I will take part again, sometime in the future. Thanks again to the organizers, you are amazing!
The time when you are having fun is so fast and for me these ten days have been like a weekend or less so I hope to repeat others experiences like this; with good facilities, transport, food, useful activities to the future and of course great people because without all of you it would not be possible (especially Marcin and Ola who have made this whole project perfectly organized ). So I just say THANK YOU for everything and I hope to see you again soon.
It was a blast! Had so much fun meeting people, getting to know their culture, learning about their worldview. Activities were nice and thought-provoking made me engage myself more, plan, propose, discuss. Such a welcoming environment! No idea of mine was shunned, I felt comfortable expressing myself, sharing my country’s mentality and my own opinions. Organisation felt very professional but at the same time friendly and flexible. It didn’t feel like a standard university classes at all. I’m very thankful for the opportunity and glad I decide to take part in it! Hope to see everyone soon!

I am really happy and grateful, that I could be a part of this project. I found it very useful and it was great experience for me. I have learned lots of new information about labour market and entrepreneurship. Meeting new people from different countries and listening to their views, discussing different topics taught me a lot. This experience is something i´ll remember for many years, when it first started i was scared it wasn´t going to fulfill all my expectations. Luckily for me, it did.
Everything turned out to be great, from the almost perfect organization to the fantastisc people i met.

This project isn’t comparable to any other projects I’ve been to before. The main aim of the organisators was to make sure that everybody feels comfortable. This contained the organisation of transport, a great accommodation, good food and a pleasant atmosphere within the group. They really know what they are doing and I hope others will have the chance to experience what I experienced on this wonderful project!

The proyect esa amazing. For my it was one of the best encause we made a great group working together to get one unique goal Using different ways, and that is the point in a proyect. Im very happy with the topic because is so usefull for my present and future, profesional and personal. Thanks a lot for give me the oportunity. I hope to see al of you in another proyect¡
This project is an experience that I will never forget. When they told us that the two weeks woul fly by like the wind, I would have never thought that they were right. I wish I could go back 🙂
I truly recommend this project to anyone out there who has a few weeks to travel and the desire to build some heart warming memories. Great organizators and activities, even better people I met!

Optimally organized and designed to create an atmosphere of sharing right away, Zakopane 2017 will always stay in my favorite memories.
I did kilometers, broke my shoes, I knew people who tomorrow will definitely be citizens protagonists in the European Union, thanks to the valor of their ideas.
